Fabulous!!! The villa is in an excellent location for the amenities. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. Although it is so close to shops, bars it is blissfully peaceful, only the birds to listen to, just great. The pool is fantastic, really enjoyed floating around the pool reading my book. I will definitely recommend to everybody, I already have!!! I and my family will definitely be returning.

I cant say enough about Villa Roca Nova and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Cala D Or were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only three minutes walk away. Cala D Or is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The location fully met our expectations to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely places Cala D Or, Pollensa, and Alcudia are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Beautiful villa, well located, close to everything required for a perfect self-catering holiday and close enough to restaurants and bars if like me you?re taking a break from the kitchen.
