Questions owners ask

What is the difference between a guarantee and an allocation contract?

A guarantee contract pays you a fixed, agreed sum for the season, whether the villa is booked or not — the risk is ours. An allocation contract pays you for each booking we make. Which suits you depends on the villa and on how much certainty you want; we advise, you choose.

When am I paid?

Weekly or monthly, before the guests arrive. You will never be waiting on a stay that has already happened.

Can I still use the villa myself?

Yes. Tell us the dates you want and they are blocked in the calendar. With a guarantee contract the weeks you keep are agreed when the contract is set.

Who deals with the guests?

We do — enquiries, bookings, payments, arrival, and anything that goes wrong at two in the morning. Our local teams are in every destination we sell.

Where do you manage villas?

In Grèce, Chypre, Espagne, Italie, le Portugal, Croatie et la Turquie. If your villa is somewhere else in the Mediterranean, ask — we are always looking at new resorts.
