A Lovely Place to Stay – Estoi, Portugal We really enjoyed our time in Estoi. It’s a lovely, peaceful area with a genuine Portuguese feel, but still within easy reach of everything you could want from a holiday in the Algarve. Getting around was really easy, particularly with a car, and it made a great base for exploring the surrounding area. There are plenty of places within easy driving distance, so you’re never too far from beaches, restaurants, shops and the other attractions the Algarve has to offer. The Palace of Estoi is definitely worth a visit. It’s a beautiful building with impressive gardens and is well worth spending a couple of hours exploring. We also really enjoyed the local bars in Estoi. They have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and are a great way to experience the more traditional side of Portugal rather than just sticking to the busier tourist areas. Overall, we thought Estoi was a fantastic location for a holiday. It’s peaceful without feeling isolated, easy to get around and a great base for exploring the Algarve. We’d definitely come back!

What a gem! Our stay at Villa Clara do Sol was absolutely delightful. The property's private pool was clean and enjoyable. Also, everything we needed was within walking distance and we drove to the beach couple of times. Great!

Well done Beach Villas. We are really happy that we had a chance to stay there and we will come back for sure. The pool was lovely, we used it daily. A 15 minute (max) car ride to the beach but plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
