A brilliant holiday in a wonderful villa by the sea. The pool was clean and wonderful to dip into and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to the sea and a local beach bar, but it felt secluded. A great villa and I would definitely recommend it as a place for families or friends to stay.

Hector Beach Villa was just what we had hoped for. Great location near to the beach! We really enjoyed the stunning sea views from the upper terrace. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearly private sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The Villa itself is spacious with a great layout and extra amenities (air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, en suite bathrooms, etc.) Overall this magnificent villa was well worth the rental price and our group absolutely fell in love with this place as we didnt even want to leave! We will love to visit this gorgeous place again in the future.

We had the most amazing time in Hector Beach Villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Paphos and would definitely recommend Hector Beach Villa!

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Polis were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There is a great beach just 50 m from the villa and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa. The town of Polis is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

If you are looking for sun, blue skies, and time for yourself Hector Beach Villa is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view from the upper terrace during the day offers an exceptional experience between men and nature. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids loved the garden, played there all day long and when they get bored we switched to the near beach and enjoyed playing with sand, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We visited Latsi, Polis, and Argaka a couple of times. It’s a nice place with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Overall a Perfect Holiday. The Hector Beach Villa and Polis made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Hector Beach Villa to you all.

Great expericence!

Wonderfully peaceful semi-rural location. A spacious villa with pretty outside space and a beautiful outlook. An easy 25 minutes walk into Latchi along a flat path which is lit at night. Recommended.

Over all it were the best holidays that i had the last years!!

The area of that property is an A+ for us. A peasful place and a really nice natural beach. We had it for our own most times. Good Distance to latchi Harbour and Restaurants, but car needed. We were good suprised about Beach Villas Service. Sms notifications, Communication, etc. Really good! This was a really nice Holiday for us with our children and im sure well book again.

Happy after all.

Overall we had an excellent time and really enjoyed the villa and the location. We would definitely book with Beach Villas again.

We had a great holiday the location of the villa was good as long as you have a car

We enjoyed the villa and location between Polis and Latchi was good. No distance at all to supermarkets and to restaurants (which were plentiful) and we had some decent meals there.Swimming pool pleasant and a pretty garden and plenty of space inside the villa. All in all a nice place to stay and very relaxing. Beach Villas provided an excellent service.

This was our first villa holiday. Family of four two children 17 and 12. Super villa, very very spacious clean and well equipped. We had a fabulous relaxing holiday. Thank you very much.

The villa was well laid out (great having 3 ensuites in 3 bedrooms) the location was fab being so close to the sea and Latchi and Polis and it was well stocked and clean and tidy.The service from Agni and their staff was first class and could not be faulted.All the people we met in Cyprus were lovely and very friendly.I love Cyprus ... that was my 7th holiday there and I only wish I lived out there. We had a great holiday and will book with Agni again next time.Thank you

Great location, lovely villa overall. We had a great time.

A great location within walking distance along the path to Latchi restaurants and 200 metres from a beach bar (with restaurants on Polis square up the road). The villa was brand new and very clean with all amenities. The upstairs balcony had a great view of Latchi Bay and the pool area was very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and once the wifi password was corrected I had no problems with internet access. The villa is within 10 minutes drive from car parks on Akamas peninsula which is great for walking and mountain biking (if you are keen).

The villa was very clean and well stocked with crockery etc. It was in a good location with 15 minute walk to nearest tavern and 25 minutes to Latchi harbour. Also very close to the beach. Great views from the first floor terrace. All the furniture was good quality.

The owner and her family are extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our holiday a lovely experience. The first day we received a large bunch of grapes and the next fresh eggs both from their own farm and vineyard. I would definitely recommend.

Very good spacious Villa in excellent location. Definitely would recommend and use again.
