Pool heating is charged 30 euros per day with a minimum of 7 days payable directly to the owner. If the heating pool is required, please contact us for further assistance.
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

Overall it was a very good and relaxing week. Everything was excellent! The owners and the agents were friendly and easy to contact. The extra attention from the owners with a homemade gift was really appreciated. We visited Polis and Latchi and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local drinks, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We promised to come back. Highly recommended.

We had the best holiday ever! The living room and the kitchen were very well-equipment and comfortable. Outside, there were a BBQ, a dining area, and a private swimming pool! The beach is just a 1-minute walk from the villa, which made our holiday amazing as we did not need to spend too much time walking to the beach. We are really happy that we had a chance to stay there and we will come back for sure.

Clean, private, and comfortable. Villa is spacious and well equipped. I would also mention that you do not need a car as a supermarket, tavernas, restaurants and a beach are really close to the property. It was exactly what we needed. The pool and garden area were well maintained. The towels and bed linens were changed twice a week. It was a good seclude and we were able to freely enjoy ourselves while using the pool. The nearest beach is right across the street and was amazing to watch the sunset over the sea. Cant wait for our next holiday there.
