Villa Caporlese

An old farmhouse is situated in one of the greenest areas of Umbria and only a few kilometres from the Tuscan border. The house has been recently restored with much care taken to maintain the original features and has been quite exclusively furnished with period pieces. A well-cared-for garden surrounds the house with fruit and olive trees. Broom and roses enclose the swimming pool that enjoys views over the rolling hills. Only a few metres from the house there is an annexe. The Main building, which is 200m2, can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor includes a large equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the garden, utility room, ante-room, twin bedroom and bathroom with a shower. The first floor includes a double bed bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large lounge with a fireplace and outside access. There is also a bathroom with a bath. The annexe is 40m2, can sleep up to 2 people and it has a living room with a kitchenette, a double bed bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The tax amount is set at 2 Euros  per day per person up to 5 consequential nights . Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

The house heating is 40 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
