having been on villa holidays many times in Cyprus - it was a fantastic location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. The villa was in a really quite spot with everything you could need included. the pool was cleaned twice a week. Everyone from the pool guys, the gardeners and the girls who serviced the villa were amazing.

The whole process for booking and paying online, couldnt have been easier. The villa was spectacular, absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented, completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the BBQ, pool, and terrace. The sunset and sea views from the upper balconies were breathtaking. Overall, the Villa was just what we wanted. It was absolutely brilliant. We have already re-booked Villa Fortuna for next year.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found town of Latchi and Villa Fortuna to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we choose them for our holiday. Villa Fortuna has 3 very cozy rooms, with great sea views from the upper terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Latchi. Paphos and Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

Once clients of this company, you will always be able to count on the quality of the villas they offer. Villa Fortuna is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities required for a self-catering holiday. Very quiet location in a perfect setting. The inside of the home was cozy and comfortable. During our stay there we visited Polis and Argaka and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Paphos. Most of our time we spend at near Polis beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Fortuna for the next year.

I cant say enough about Villa Fortuna and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Latchi were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and within walking distance there is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Latchi is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. We had our meals at the tavernas in Latchi and Polis and would recommend you to pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Polis, Latchi, and Argaka Sandy beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Fortuna! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had when planning our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. We also visited Latchi and Polis and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great specialties there and enjoy their local wine. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Paphos and would definitely recommend Villa Fortuna!

The villa was perfect for our requirements and offered spacious accommodation at a very reasonable price. The pool is just gorgeous and the outside space is fantastic with plenty of shade. A GREAT, peaceful, well-maintained spacious Villa with stunning sea views.

Latchi and Polis have many tavernas and it is easy to stay two weeks and rarely visit the same one twice except out of choice. A car is necessary and can be hired cheaply within 300m of the villa a short walk in the direction of Polis, a very friendly company to deal with. By car ita€™s about an hour to Paphos and the surrounding area. We enjoyed Latchi and Polis very much, Polis old town has many restaurants and sports bars to chose from in an area of no more than 500 sq metres

We had another lovely holiday in Villa Fortuna. The villa provides everything you need, and is spotlessly clean. It was incredibly hot, so we spent a lot of time in the pool set in its very private, beautiful garden. The upper balcony has fantastic views, and our favourite times were eating breakfast looking out to sea, and watching the stunning sunsets with an evening drink. The location is excellent, being right near the sea and local marina, and only a couple of kilometers from Polis for more tavernas and shops. We visited the beautiful Akamas Peninsula but it was too hot for a very long walk this time. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fortuna, we were a family of 5 so we were really happy with the size of the villa and the huge garden, it was nice to be able to find a quiet corner! The Villa is in a quiet Cul-de-sac of other Villas with amazing views from the roof terrace of the sea and the mountains. The harbour is a short walk from the villa along a path/cycle path so felt really safe when walking back home after an evening out. This was our first holiday with Agni Travel but we would definitely book again:)

With the exception of a small issue with the safe, everything was superb. Latchi itself is a lovely coastal harbour town. So much nicer than Paphos! Just a short stroll from the villa into Latchi - a slightly longer but very enjoyable one into Polis. So location perfect. The villa itself was wonderful - we were out of season so considered ourselves very lucky to have the run of it for the two of us. The grounds were both private (the the pool) and stunning (terraced gardens behind the property). Would recommend.

My Husband and I feel absolutely privileged to stay at Villa Fortuna, this is the most gorgeous villa we have ever stayed in!! I cannot fault our whole holiday, from start to finish, it was amazing! The villa had more equipment than we ever needed, the views were to die for and the swimming pool was a delight when needing to cool off. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is included but there is an extra fee for the living area which we were aware of and more than happy to pay for, the delightful owner visited to collect payment, and he arrived with a lovely bottle of red wine which was much appreciated! You couldnt pick a more suitable location, with shops and supermarkets nearby; we ate at some of the most delicious food we have ever tried at the nearby tavernas such as Porto Latchi, Zouks and La Plage. Afterwards, we would take a nice evening stroll along Latchi Harbour admiring some pretty boats and peaceful seafront. There is also a children play area at the seafront which looks great for families and to keep the little ones entertained for a while. We had a late flight home and a quick call to the Agni Team and they were more than happy to provide this free of charge. This meant we could relax and enjoy the last day before freshening up before our flight home. This was a very successful holiday. Thank you so much.
