Excellent in all regards

The location and the Villa Ioanna are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...You need approx. 15-minute walk to Saint Stephanos and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you can reach Kassiopi and Kalami where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... Most of the time we enjoyed at Saint Stephanos and Stroglyo beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We found the people of Saint Stephanos very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it.

The outside and pool area were magnificent. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children also loved the pool and terrace and they played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Kassiopi and Kalami. Also, we spent a great time at Kerasia Bay. We tried the best Souvlaki ever there. The Villa Ioanna and Saint Stephanos made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Villa Ioanna and Saint Stephanos to all of you.

Nice to be back again with Agni Travel! Villa Ioanna was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area with BBQ. The sunset and sea views from the terrace and upper balconies were breathtaking. Everyone in Saint Stephanos was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Kassiopi and Kalami. The Agni Team was extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again.

The house is really beautiful, you have a wonderful look over the sea, the pool is wonderful and have been cleaned daily. We found a wonderful beach near Kassiopi. So we had a nice holiday.

We had a wonderful 25 night stay in Villa Ioanna. We think that for the quality offered, the rental price charged is reasonable, but not cheap. The discount that Agni Travel allow us makes a big difference I have to say. I should point out that Yiannis, the property owner, was superb in the way he dealt with a problem we had with the dashwasher. He dealt with our issue very promptly indeed and to our total satisfaction. Finally, our account number at Agni is 74553 and to get to the point that we were able to make the trip to Corfu at all on June 8th was unbelievably complicated - all the way back to the summer of 2019 when we originally booked Villa Ioanna for June 2020. Way way too many things happened on our booking, but one thing shone out and that was the absolutely brilliant way that Agni Travel staff dealt with me throughout the past 12 months. In a terribly difficult year for the travel industry, the various members of the team that I dealt with did Agni Travel proud, and Agni Travel itself should be congratulated at the way my questions/queries/problems/concerns were dealt with. Truly a FIVE STAR performance by the company, and I will tell anyone who wishes to listen exactly that!!!! We are booked again with Agni Travel in Septemeber to stay in a couple of villas in Kefalonia, and are looking forward so much to that trip also. I cannot mention the names of the staff that I dealt with at Agni over the past year, but in a nutshell, "well done everyone" within the firm, and that includes the way that Agni Travel itself has set out to deal with clients.

Lovely holiday, the villa is fantastic with stunning views and within walking distance of a very nice harbour...would definitely consider coming back.

Great stay at Villa Ioanna. Lovely pool, great views, cooling breeze against the heat, private and quiet. Loved it.

- The directions to the villa was extremely useful. - Having a personal pool and air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge bonus, this made staying at the villa very pleasant and comfortable. - Having a rental car to get to places is recommended for shopping, as the walk can be difficult. - Some welcome items may have been a nice touch particularly after a long flight, or if you arrive late.

Excellent villa in a really lovely location. Views from the property were amazing and the afternoon breeze was a real benefit. Thank you for a lovely holiday we will be back very soon.

The holiday we had was great. The villa has lots of outdoor space in which to sunbathe and various areas for eating and drinking. The views are magnificent from the villa and the weather was perfect for us, mostly because we had a good breeze during the day which kept the temperature at a very comfortable level. Very appreciative of the air conditioning at night though! Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly and made our holiday a bit more special. Would certainly visit the area again, but would consider being closer to the amenities as the walk was difficult at times.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Villa Ioanna and we would very much like to return. We have been holidaying in Corfu for over 20 years and we have never stayed in a villa with such amazing views over both Albania and the Corfu Channel. You can even enjoy these views whilst swimming in the gorgeous pool. Our maid, Lena, was very welcoming and the villa was beautifully clean on our arrival. Thank you to all at Agni Travel!

Dear Agni We had a truly fantastic holiday. The location of the villa, views, peace and quiet, proximity to Ag Stephanos, the pool and the villa itself cant be faulted. We will certainly consider returning to this location in one of your villas asap. The AC in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated at night and allowed for a good nights sleep ready for the next day. Locals were all very friendly particularly at dinner time in the town, we tried them all with complimentary glass of wine or Lemoncello. We had a great day on a hire boat which is highly recommended, stopping for a coffee at Agni and various coves and bays for a swim. Corfu is a new favorite. Kind Regards The Elloways

Very good. Beds and pillows too hard. But lovely villa and nearby resorts

The villa is very near San Stefano with great views. It is however in an exposed position and the pool area is not well protected meaning it can be very windy and cool during the day. Agni travel have previously been very good at dealing with any issues but despite us raising issues this time, it took a week for anything to be done. Overall a decent value villa very near to San Stefano.

All in all a good experience so thank you.

We loved staying at Villa Ioanna. The house, the pool and the outside area were wonderful. Also the location of the villa was very nice, we liked Agios Stefanos very much. The service was absolutely excellent. You replied very fast to mails, we could contact you every time and when we mailed you that the balcony door has to be fixed, craftsman visited us directly at the other day to solve the "problem". Very good!! The house was clean and there was a cleaning lady who visited us 3 times. Thank you for this lovely time in Greece, we would definitively book this Villa again! :-)

Beautiful Villa. We liked it Very much. Maybe some more towels. Our only criticism. Otherwise Everything was excellent.

The villa was just simply amazing inside and out. More than enough room for three couples or a large family. The outside space was just simply stunning with lots of areas to sunbath and the pool was perfect. The panoramic views from the villa was beautiful on a clear day, you could see for miles in all directions. I would definitely recommend a car though if you want to venture out as even the closest bay with a couple of bars/shops/restaurants were a 1.5k walk down a steep hill although worth it when down. Even with the language barrier the cleaner was helper wherever possible. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and would definitely be back ourselves in the future. It was a great holiday and well needed rest, exactly what we were looking for!!

I would mention the very steep hill to climb from the village. Thank you for our lovely time.

All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa Ioanna. The property has everything required for a summer vacation. Best location, splendid sea view from both sides of the villa, close to several beaches and many facilities. The whole family including our granddaughter loved the pool which had the right size and was regularly cleaned. Would definitely recommend Agni Travel Villas to friends visiting Corfu.

A lovely villa with amazing views of the sea and over to Albania. Bedrooms are all a bit on the small side but the top floor terrace was lovely leading out from 2 of the bedrooms again with lovely sea views. The service from Agni was great.

We had a wonderful time in Agios Stefanos. It really is the most delightful place. We travelled round the northern and western part of the island and found it to be very beautiful. Corfu Town is an absolute gem.
